Welcome! As a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor, I am here to help guide you to the life you were meant to live. I love working to empower anyone who may be struggling with current life circumstances (Trauma, relationships, identity and so on) and also with substance abuse or addictive behaviors. I also work with women who are experiencing infertility, currently pregnant or in the post-partum journey of parenthood. I am trained as an Acupuncture Detoxification Specialist (ADS), which allows use acupressure or acupuncture to improve wellness and decrease anxious feelings, depressed mood, use of substances (nicotine, cannabis, alcohol, in addition to others) and help with sleep.
